Group Policies & Procedures
We offer special rates for those purchasing 20 tickets or more.
Below are the Abbeydell Hall Theatre group policies and rates.
Group Sales Policies
20 or more paying guests to qualify for group rate.
$200 deposit per motorcoach on all show reservations,
$300 deposit per motorcoach on all shows with a meal,
due 60 days prior to the scheduled show date.
All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable
without at least 30 days written cancellation notice prior
to your arrival date.
Complimentary ticket provided for 1 escort and driver
The final count and Final payment are due 7 days prior to
scheduled show date. Seats may be added based on
availability; however we are unable to guarantee that
they will be seated with your group.
Suggested arrival time is no sooner than one hour and
no later than 30 minutes prior to the 8 PM show time or
6:30 PM for Dinner Theatre.

Regular Individual Rates - Dinner/Show - $50 Show Only - $30
20 or more guests
Dinner/Show - $46 Show Only - $27
A group of 35 or more guaranteed guests can request an added show date as long as a 30 day advance notice is given. This option is subject to cast and venue availabilty. Once scheduled, the added show will be advertised and open to the public.

This option will include entertainment, optional dinner, sound, lighting and the use of the stage for your event. This is a
